Website Design Agreement/Contract
Website Content Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for all content provided for use on the website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, downloadable files, product information, and other materials. The Client represents and warrants that they own, have permission to use, or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses for any content submitted to MPM Media Group.
MPM Media Group is not responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, copyright ownership, trademark rights, or appropriateness of any content supplied by the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MPM Media Group from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use of content provided by the Client.
Website Performance and Compliance
MPM Media Group provides website design and development services but does not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, sales, leads, website traffic, or regulatory compliance. The Client is responsible for ensuring that their website complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements, privacy policies, accessibility standards, and business practices.
Third-Party Changes
After website launch, MPM Media Group is not responsible for website issues, errors, security vulnerabilities, or content changes made by the Client or any third party with access to the website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPM Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the Client's use of the website or content published on the website.
Website Maintenance and Future Updates
Website maintenance services are optional and are not included unless purchased separately.
MPM Media Group offers website maintenance services for $145 per month. Clients enrolled in an active maintenance plan receive ongoing website support, routine updates, and priority service.
Clients without an active maintenance plan may request updates on a project basis. Pricing for updates is as follows:

Minor Updates: Starting at $150

Moderate Updates: Starting at $250

Major Updates: Starting at $500
Examples of minor updates include text changes, image replacements, contact information updates, and basic content edits.
If a website has not been maintained through an active maintenance plan and the client later requests services, MPM Media Group reserves the right to charge a website reactivation fee before work begins.

Less than 60 days without maintenance: $150 Reactivation Fee

More than 60 days without maintenance: $250 Reactivation Fee
Website maintenance fees are separate from website design fees and are optional unless otherwise stated in writing.
All update fees, maintenance fees, and reactivation fees must be paid prior to the commencement of work.
