At MPM Media Group, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their custom products. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our returns and refund policy for custom products below.
1. Custom Products
We do not take responsibility for obtaining permission to reproduce logos, trademarks, and copyrights. By agreeing to print any artwork submitted, we will not be held liable for copyright infringement issues.
Custom products are made specifically according to your specifications and therefore cannot be resold. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom products except in the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your custom product arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and provide photographs of the defect or damage.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. Requesting a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@getmpmmediagroup.com with your order number if applicable and a detailed description of the issue. Include photographs of any defects or damage.

Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
3. Refund Process
We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the defective returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or Personalized Items: Custom products that are correctly made and free of defects cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for custom products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to restock or accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you receive an incorrect order due to an error, such as a misspelling, wrong color, item size, or design, please contact us via email at: info@getmpmmediagroup.com within 7 to 10 business days of delivery. We will assess these claims on a case-by-case basis and take appropriate action.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that the goods you receive are custom-made specifically for you. They are produced only after your purchase is confirmed, and often there is no existing stock before your order. Unless otherwise specified, you also acknowledge and agree that your right to make changes or cancel the purchase is limited to within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Once this period has elapsed and your purchase enters production, you forfeit the right to make any changes or cancellations. Please note that unless the goods are defective, you have no right to cancel or return your order, and all orders are considered final.
