Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the graphic design services provided by MPM Media Group ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

 

1. Services Provided:

  • Our services include graphic design, logo design, branding, illustration, paint parties, and other related services as agreed upon with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, materials, and feedback necessary for the completion of the project.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

  • All designs, artwork, and creative work produced by the Company remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership and full rights to the final approved designs.

4. Use of Designs:

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose.

  • Clients may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the designs without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Confidentiality:

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

  • The Company will not disclose client information or project details to third parties without consent.

6. Payment Terms:

  • Clients agree to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for services rendered.

  • Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment, will be outlined in the project agreement.

7. Revisions and Refunds:

  • Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement.

  • Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our refund policy, as outlined in the project agreement.

  • For paint parties: No cash refunds will be provided. To receive a credit, you must notify us within 48 hours before the class starts. If you need to reschedule your paint party, please provide a 10-day notice for cancellations. If you cancel at least 10 days before the event, we'll offer a full credit of the deposit amount to be used at a later date (within six months) or the option to reschedule. No cash refunds are available. Thank you. If your late, guests will have a grace period of 45 minutes before your seat will be forfeited. 

  • Notification can be made via email or phone message.

  • If MPM Media Group cancels a class, a full refund will be extended to all registered participants.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • The Company's liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Louisiana.

10. Changes to Terms:

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Clients will be notified of any changes to these Terms, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
