Paint Party Deposit Payment
We require a non-refundable deposit of $111.00 to secure your mobile paint party date. The deposit includes taxes, and fees and covers three seats. Please let us know at least 10 days in advance if you need to reschedule. We'll offer you a full credit of the deposit amount to be used at a later date (within six months) or the option to reschedule, with no cash refunds.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:
- All designs, artwork, and creative work produced by the Company remain the property of the Company.Use of Designs:
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose.
- Clients may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the designs without prior written consent from the Company.REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: No refunds. We must be notified within 48 hours before the class starts to receive a credit. You can email or call us and leave a message. If a guest is late, they will have a grace period of 45 minutes before their seats will be forfeited with no refunds.
